This portfolio comprises of various blocks of apartments and some offices in above-average locations across Berlin. The portfolio was bought from a seller who did not have adequate execution capabilities on the ground and thus seeked an exit.
We have undertaken some refurbishment works in some of the buildings and completely changed the tenant marketing. This was followed by some extensive stream lining of the managing process in terms of procurement, utilities, insurance etc., so that a portfolio of low quality assets in great location could be completely turned around. |
